No new flaw has been used, it has only a few modifications to support the third beta. Hackers took advantage to add the latest version of Cydia today. New users will benefit from Cydia for iOS 7 at the end of the jailbreak process.
In addition, Evasi0n7 1.0.3 fixes problems with the Retina iPad mini 3G/4G. Several users have noted this problem in previous versions.
